 Unlock Your Movement Potential: Enhance Mobility and Flexibility


Our Mobility class is designed to help you improve your range of motion, flexibility, and overall quality of movement.  No matter your current fitness level or mobility limitations, this class is suitable for all abilities.

What to Expect:                                                                        

                                                                  

  • Guided Exercises: Dr. Roberts, Jr. will lead you through a series of exercises and movements specifically aimed at increasing joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and body awareness.
  • Movement Patterns: We will focus on improving your movement patterns, addressing any areas of stiffness or tightness.
  • Enhanced Mobility: Our goal is to enhance your overall mobility for better function and performance.


Practical Details:                                                                  

  •      Bring Your Gear: Please bring your water bottle and wear athletic clothing and shoes. A yoga mat is also recommended. 
  •      Payment and Scheduling: Payment is required upon scheduling and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
